Sample delicious Goan Cuisine condiments. Come and experience some of Valentine’s delicious recipes and learn a learn a little about the story behind this Spicy Indo European romance. Goan Cuisine is a family-owned, Western Australian producer of exotic condiments with Indo-European flavours unique to the formerly Portuguese, Indian state of Goa. Valentine will prepare some dishes for you to try on Saturday 4.40pm at the Juicist Kitchen Demo Stage .
Power up Friday with a Superfood Snack
Friday 11am in the Juicist Café
Benjamin Anthony and Stephanie Vass the chefs behind total BS and High Street Dispensary, Fremantle welcome you to a 45 minute demonstration learning how to craft super nutritious and incredibly delicious raw staples for your fridge and pantry.
The demo will cover the basics of making your own Superfood Power Bars and Super Greens Pesto w/ Raw Noodles and Pro Biotic Fromagio. The demonstration will include a tasting opportunity as well as many hints and tricks that the duo have developed over the last 5 years whilst exploring nutrient dense plant based foods. With their background of 15 years combined in commercial kitchens, cooking a wide variety of foods has allowed them to approach plant based and raw cuisine with a unique approach. Here to offer affordable, approachable, nutrition conscious food to the people, Ben and Steph are incredibly excited to share the morning with you all. Come along to up the skill set, eat some grub, rack their brains and have a laugh.

With a passion for healthy living and a love for real food, Nikki has combined her experience as a commercial cook with her interest and expertise in nutrition and wellness, to create ‘NOOD’ – a business that focuses on re-educating people on how to live a healthier life through nourishing their physical and mental bodies from the inside out.

Lisa and Candice, former Series 4 My Kitchen Rules contestants join us on the demonstration stage to present “The Power of Purple – healthy snacks demo”. The mother and daughter pair, both teachers from the southwest are lovers of outdoor exercise, singing and dancing, laughing and recreating healthy versions of restaurant quality meals. Lisa and Candice will be sharing their delicious recipes that use sugar alternatives such as berries and honey and show you how to create a range of healthy snacks using purple superfoods including Blueberries, Beetroot and Eggplant.
